Attendance is $300 per person with a $25 discount for members and one partner plus a $25 discount for registering on or before August 26. Or in other words, for every member registering on or before August 26 the cost will be $250. The same applies to a member’s partner registering on or before August 26. For members registering after August 26 the cost will be $275. For non members the cost will be $275 for registering on or before August 26 and $300 after that.
Registration includes attendance at all conference presentations plus Thursday reception and closing banquet.
An SOF conference is not a money making event; our goal is to break even. On the revenue side this year we have an attendee constraint due to the size of the hotel meeting room. That means we will not be offering daily rates until August 26 when we will have a clearer picture of our fiduciary commitment.
Cancellation policy: We have committed to paying the hotel a minimum fee for booked rooms, food and catering and we will be assessed a penalty if we don’t meet that minimum. In order to best anticipate avoiding a penalty we will issue a full refund up to and including Aug 26. After Aug 26 we will issue a refund of whatever a registrant paid minus $99. That $99 will be applied to the Livestream so you will still be able to enjoy the meeting.
