Exploring the evidence that the works of Shakespeare were written by Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford

Happy New Year from the SOF!

We wish you all the best for 2025 and hope to meet you in person or via Livestream at our Annual Conference in New Haven,  September 18-21.  Details to follow closer to the event.

One of the benefits of the SOF site is a remarkable resource known as SOAR – Shakespeare Online Authorship Resources.  If you then click on Browse in the left hand column the menu shown on the right here will open, giving you an idea of how much information is at your fingertips considering that this screenshot is but a fraction of the books and articles for just the letter ‘A’ alone.

Note that some electronic access links may give an insecure link message.  If you are logging in from home the security risk is extremely low but it is higher if you are using public wifi such as in a coffee shop or library.
