Bring the Wassail Blue Boar Tavern

Blue Boar Tavern Interior“The boar’s head in hand bear I,
Bedeck’d with bays and rosemary.
And I pray you, my masters, merry be
Quot estis in convivio.
The boar’s head, as I understand,
Is the rarest dish in all this land,
Which thus bedeck’d with a gay garland
Let us servire cantico.
Our steward hath provided this
In honor of the King of Bliss;
Which on this day to be served is
In Reginensi atrio.”
On Tuesday, December 17, 2024,  at 8 pm eastern/5 pm pacific, process into the Blue Boar Tavern with your wassail, bays, songs, garlands, praises and convivial questions for our intrepid Taverners: Bonner Cutting, Dorothea Dickerman, Alex McNeil, and Phoebe Nir and our esteemed Steward of the Tavern, Jonathan Dixon.
Once a year, in the holiday season, the Blue Boar Tavern has no set agenda.  The chat box is open for your questions and comments.  We pray you, come with good cheer, and if we disappoint, pardon us. Our project, like Prospero’s, is but to please.
