Thomas Looney’s foundational book, ’Shakespeare’ Identified as Edward de Vere, the 17th Earl of Oxford, Warren has produced volumes on Looney’s correspondence and letters, and he has recently published Shakespeare Revolutionized, a work that shows the global impact of and effort to augment Looney’s findings.
