Exploring the evidence that the works of Shakespeare were written by Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford

A surprise free online event at the New York Public Library

New York Public Library

The New York Public Library is hosting a free virtual discussion of the authorship question this Tuesday, October 24 at 7 pm ET with William Leahy, Ros Barber, and Robin Williams from the Shakespearean Authorship Trust.

For the NYPL to be hosting an authorship event is a huge coup. They’re the sort of venue that would host Stephen Greenblatt or James Shapiro i.e. the face of Stratfordianism.

The NYPL has said they will consider hosting more authorship events if this one gets good attendance and interest so the SOF wants to do its part to get lots of people to tune in.

You should register ahead of time here. And be sure to send the link to your friends – it’s free!
